Cancellations must be made in writing to
AACC Convention, One Dupont Circle, Suite
410, Washington, DC 20036. If postmarked by
March 29, 2010, fees will be refunded minus
$200 (spouse and daily rate cancellation fee is
$50). After March 29, no refunds will be given.
Approved refunds will be mailed or credited
after May 31, 2010. The AACC Privacy Policy is
available on the AACC Web site.
