ROOM RATES/TAXES: Special group rates are guaranteed through Friday, March 19,
2010. After April 1, 2010, room block may be released and rate is subject to increase.
Deposits with a credit card will be processed after April 1, 2010. Check deposits
should be made payable to the AACC Seattle Housing Bureau.
ACKNOWLEDGMENTS: The AACC Seattle Housing Bureau will generate an
emailed, faxed or mailed acknowledgment after processing. If you do not receive
your acknowledgement within 14 days, please contact the AACC Seattle Housing
Bureau immediately. You may modify or cancel your reservation on-line at
www.aacc.nche.edu/convention or by calling the AACC Seattle Housing Bureau,
1-888-877-0255. You will not receive a confirmation from the hotel. Hotels do not
receive reservation information after the cut-off date.
MODIFICATIONS/CANCELLATIONS: You may continue to make, modify or cancel
through 5 pm PST on April 1, 2010. After this date, you may contact the hotels
directly. Reservations secured by a check will be assessed a $25.00 processing/
cancellation fee if cancelled at any time. Rooms guaranteed with a credit card will be
subject to a $25.00 cancellation/processing fee after March 19, 2010, 5 pm PST. A full
deposit will be forfeited if you do not cancel your entire reservation within 72 hours of
your scheduled arrival date.
